Chris Ammitzfeldt, Project Director, Niam Copenhagen

Chris Ammitzfeldt has been working as a project director at Niam Denmark for around three years. He oversees projects from their initial concept and development phases to the realization of completed buildings. Throughout the entire process, he maintains a close watch on timelines, finances, and overall quality.

I first learned about Niam through my network. The company's approach to work and its exciting portfolio caught my attention. I saw the chance for an engaging job that could contribute to my personal development and allow me to collaborate with experts in the real estate field.

One of my noteworthy achievements at Niam was actually my first major project deal; Dalum Papirfabrik. It was a residential project where we bought 301 residential apartments, a large project transforming old factory buildings into a new district. I've been involved with this project from beginning to end, and most of the homes have been successfully delivered and are currently in operation. 

I'm committed to contributing to our success through strategic investments, property management, and actively participating in the green transition for a more environmentally conscious projects portfolio and property industry.
