What appeals to me is that there is a broad horizon and broader expertise here. This attracts talent, which is very positive. We have so much in-house expertise in various areas, making it easy to learn new things here, even for me, who has worked in the industry for a long time. We have good cooperation between departments, which makes it natural for us to learn from each other.
Niam is a company that is just the right size, with all the required competencies, but small enough for everyone to make an impact. This means that we can be quick and responsive, which is important in these times when some parties can be more hesitant. There are many factors affecting the market right now, but we see the potential and have the resources to act quickly.
