What does a typical day at work look like?
I work as Business Developer, which in my case means that I work with the development projects of office properties that Niam has acquired. As the client in a new project, I have close collaboration with the external property manager and work, among other things, to put together teams in design and marketing. I am involved from start to finish in real estate projects and my job can involve everything from hiring interior designers to discussing the foundations of properties.
Right now, I am spending a lot of time at our office development projects in Värtahamnen, where I guide consultants and partners. I represent Niam towards all the companies we work with, so much of my job involves listening and understanding, conveying messages, and taking input from our partners. My job also involves selling a location/office to different target groups, packaging and making it clear to the customer. Understanding the customer’s needs and patterns is a big and important part of the job.
