Niam AB hereby notifies that it has ceased all marketing activities in Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Norway, and Spain in relation to the alternative investment fund Niam Nordic VIII AB, in accordance with Article 32a of the Alternative Investment Fund Managers Directive (AIFMD).
As the fund is a closed-end fund, no repurchase or redemption offers have been made. The final closing of the fund was held in August 2024, and all arrangements related to marketing have been terminated.
Niam AB will continue to provide existing investors with periodic reports and disclosures in accordance with Articles 22 and 23 of the AIFMD.
