Niam's Code of Conduct – a guideline to follow
A code of conduct is there to tell employees what is expected of them and should be linked to the organization’s values, mission, and principles. The code of conduct serves as a guideline for employees and sets the foundation for all other company policies. A code of conduct is not a contract, nor does it replace policies.
Niam’s Code of Conduct establishes standards to govern the actions of all of Niam’s employees as well as counterparties, including suppliers and other business partners, who agrees to comply with the Code of Conduct by entering into agreements with us.
