Credit Investment Team
With over 20 years of international experience across Real Estate and Debt Capital Markets, Mr. Sundin has an extensive knowledge in building debt platforms, formulating strategy and spearheading business operations with a focus on delivery of shareholder and investor returns. Mr. Sundin has held several senior management positions, with his previous role as Chief Representative for Helaba in the Nordics, where he was responsible for establishing the Nordic bank and its focus on Commercial Real Estate. Mr. Sundin holds a MSc in Real Estate finance from KTH Royal Institute of Technology and a BSc in Business Administration from Stockholm University School of Business in Sweden.
Mr Andersson has over 14 years of experience across Real Estate Investment, specialising in financial management and the establishing and supervision of fund capital structures. Mr. Andersson has held several senior financial management positions, having structured multiple Swedish and Luxembourg funds, as well as strategic involvement with Alternative Investment Fund Managers. Since Niam Credit’s founding in 2013, Mr. Andersson has been an integral part in the strategy, development and structuring of all three senior funds. Mr. Andersson holds a MSc in Industrial Management and Engineering from Linköping University in Sweden.
Ms. Fagrell has over 11 years of experience within European Commercial Real Estate and Corporate Finance, with a track record of originating and executing bilateral and syndicated loans across multiple asset classes. Ms. Fagrell’s expertise covers both public and private markets, leveraging a global client and investor network, with a particular focus on risk-return metrics. At Niam Credit, Petra is responsible for the investment team, as well as structuring and negotiating new loans. Ms. Fagrell holds a BSc in Management from Warwick Business School in the UK.
Mr. Kaskal is a seasoned investment professional with over 35 years in the industry, specializing in Portfolio and Risk Management, Alternative Investments, Hedge Funds, and Bonds. In April 2023, he was appointed Acting CIO for Alecta, Sweden’s largest pension fund, until a permanent successor was appointed. Previously, Mr. Kaskal held senior positions, including CIO and Head of Alternatives at AP3, overseeing the USD 35 billion fund's strategic asset allocation and risk exposure. Before AP3, he co-founded Ambrosia Asset Management and Nektar Asset Management, and worked as a fixed income and derivatives trader at Stora, SEB, and JP Bank.
