Companies are evaluated and scored on a 5-star rating system, reflecting the portfolio's rank in comparison to the global performance of all reporting entities.
In 2023, GRESB's reach expanded, with a total of 2,084 participating companies from 75 different countries. This demonstrates the growing significance of sustainable practices and transparency in the business world.
Achieving the Highest 5-Star Rating
Niam's GRESB score of 88 represents a two-point increase compared to the previous year, surpassing both peer and GRESB averages. Furthermore, Niam has excelled in six categories, earning the maximum score in each: Leadership, Policies, Reporting, Risk Management, Stakeholder Engagement, and Targets. This performance has culminated in the highest 5-star rating.
