Niam acquires newly developed logistics facility in Stockholm
Niam has entered into an agreement with Logistic Contractor, part of the Wästbygg Group, for the acquisition of a logistics facility under construction in Farsta, south of central Stockholm. Niam will take over the turnkey property in connection with its completion during the first quarter of 2022.
With a high technical standard and an attractive geographical location, this property is a good addition to our logistics portfolio. Logistic Contractor will develop a sustainable and modern logistics facility, which suits our future tenant MatHem optimally.
