The year’s leasing achievements span several of Niam’s most prominent retail assets, including Väsby Centrum, Gallerian Nian in Gävle, and Port 73 in Haninge, each benefitting from an enhanced tenant mix and revitalized offering. New agreements have been signed with retailers including Lidl, MQ, Gina Tricot, Normal, Lekia, Nordic Wellness, Waynes Coffee, Smarteyes, KFC, Motonet, among others.
"2025 has been a year of strategic adjustments and active leasing efforts. "Our focus on long-term tenant partnerships and a flexible approach to market needs has enabled us to achieve strong results across all our properties. This ensures our retail centers remain vibrant, relevant, and welcoming for both visitors and retailers," says Martin Bjöörn, Portfolio Manager at Niam Real Estate.
Today, Niam Real Estate owns a portfolio of nine strategically located retail assets, including Fruängen Centrum, Högdalen Centrum, Solåsen Handel, Tumba Centrum, Haninge Centrum, Bålsta Centrum, Väsby Centrum, Nian Centrum and Port 73.
Looking ahead, Niam will continue to expand its presence and enhance the retail experience across its portfolio, with several new leasing initiatives already planned for 2026.
