Varvsudden is an industrial harbour area in Landskrona, approximately 40 kilometres north of Malmö in the heart of Öresund, one of the world's busiest maritime corridors. Niam signs lease agreement with Saab for 15,000 sqm industrial property
Niam has entered into a long-term lease agreement with Saab for approximately 15,000 square meters of industrial premises located at Varvsudden in Landskrona. Saab is expanding within the maritime sector and needs to increase its production capacity. Niam's industrial property at Varvsudden offers well suited premises for this type of operation. Occupancy is scheduled for the second quarter of 2024.
